Getting teams ready for kickball!
We played partner kickball! We had so many kids, it just made it easier. They had to hang on to their partner and couldn't let go! Made for a very funny game!
There were a lot of laughs!
They also had to kick the ball with the opposite leg they would normally use!
I have never seen a watermelon go so fast!!!
Best buddies, sitting around the campfire!
Soooo cute!We decided to just hang around on Friday after being gone all week. We had lunch at a park and then in the afternoon, the "party" started!!
Water balloons were the first order of business! We went through a few hundred of them in no time!
The kids had invited a "few" friends over for the afternoon/evening and at one point we counted 24 kiddos running around the back yard!!!
We bbq-ed hot dogs and had chips, watermelon and lemonade! They played all kinds of games in the backyard and finally around 8:30, they settled down for s'mores around the campfire! And then the games started back up.
We finally kicked everyone out at 10 since we have neighbors that might not appreciate the yelling and screaming any longer.
We miss you Slade and Sierra! Thanks for coming to stay for a week! Come back anytime!!!!

Wow, that sounds like a lot of fun! I love the idea of the partner kickball and kicking with the opposite leg. How funny!
