Mmmmm...

Homemade Almond Butter!!!

Made with almonds, flax, millet and grape seed oil!  Time to get serious on health.  More on that subject later!!

Hmmm, I just tossed stuff in. How's this: 1 cup almonds, handful of flax seeds and about 1/3 of a cup of grapeseed oil (more or less depending on the consistency of the almond butter). I also threw in a handful of millet but that is totally optional...I just happen to like 'birdseed'! :) I used my Vita-Mix dry mix container and blasted it to the desired texture! Haha, that's why I will never write a recipe book!
